While we try to do most of our work in house to complete your project, it is  sometimes imperative that we work on site to ensure smooth start up and trial runs.   We do welding of aluminum and steel using MIG and TIG welders, hand polishing and hand fitting of parts, preventative maintenance, and we can offer speedy repair when you need it.   We have been using a Fadel VMC 6030 to cut master models, checking fixtures,  holding fixtures, water jet nest, router nests, thermal or vacuum form tooling, rotational mold tooling and cooling fixtures.   We also do some production machining and prototype parts as well as match plates and core boxes.   Our Cad department uses Cimatron ITŪ for all of our drawing and programming needs.  We can import your drawings and define parting lines, add runoff or over lay your part drawing on the fixture to be built.
